中冶纸业银河有限公司(简称银河纸业) 是中国诚通控股集团有限公司下属中国纸业投资有限公司的造纸企业之一，始建于1958年，座落于山东省临清市.

公司始终把环保视为生命，建立了“治”、“用”、“保”相结合的治污体系，已相继投入6亿多元，建成了碱回收、中段水处理、白水回收和烟气脱硫脱硝除尘设施，同时还建设了白泥精制碳酸钙、污泥资源化等综合利用项目，彻底解决了制浆造纸“三废”治理难题，实现了达标排放。
